Please include typical time for individual entry process, whether an escort is needed, what type of identification is required, any vehicle information needed, any travel time that may be required once they have been screened, and policies on electronics entering the venue. We are unable to collect PII (social security numbers, date of birth, etc). Federal Agencies are responsible for collecting the required PII information. Charities will be notified when PII is needed and to expect communication from Federal Agency contact. Advanced time required to process PII?
DRIVING DIRECTIONS: For gated workplaces, military installations, please provide detailed instructions regarding which gate to use for entry and detailed driving directions to the event. GPS is unreliable on most installations.
